I’m a strategic communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience leading employee and customer engagement across large-scale change and transformation programmes.
My work has spanned a wide range of sectors—from finance and pharmaceuticals to sport and utilities—delivering insight-driven strategies and creative campaigns that move people to action.

Though I live in a very rural part of North Wales, I've worked with clients in the US, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland and across the UK. I tend to work remotely - catching up with clients online or by phone.

I work on an hourly, day or job rate - depending on the type of work you require and what works best for you.
I work on a Mac / MacBook using Office 365 so we can utilise all the wonderful collaborative tools that provides.
Though I do use DropBox, my preference is OneDrive as it simplifies the sharing of information and allows us to work on reviews and final edits together in real time.
