In 2019 I moved to North Wales where I now live with my husband and other animals (currently: five cats, three dogs and three alpacas). If work commitments allow, I like to help out with lambing in Spring - which has to be one of the most emotional and fulfilling jobs I've ever done.
My background is leading the employee and customer communications strategies for large-scale change and transformation programmes - across a wide range of sectors.
More recently I have been working with clients on a freelance basis - on much smaller, bespoke projects including: presentations, word docs, training manuals, quick reference guides and board reports.
My passion is to produce work, in-line with the clients' brand guidelines, with the extra creativity that increases engagement.

Though I live in a very rural part of North Wales, I've worked with clients in the US, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland and across the UK. I tend to work remotely - catching up with clients online or by phone.

I work on an hourly, day or job rate - depending on the type of work you require and what works best for you.
I work on a Mac / MacBook using Office 365 so we can utilise all the wonderful collaborative tools that provides.
Though I do use DropBox, my preference is OneDrive as it simplifies the sharing of information and allows us to work on reviews and final edits together in real time.
